Role Overview: As a Client Services Manager at Solugenix Corp, you will oversee all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving service excellence and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact to address needs and resolve issues promptly. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. - You will develop and implement client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - You will monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - You will lead and mentor a team of client service representatives to achieve departmental goals. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will handle escalations professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining client trust. - You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management roles. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the IT or technology consulting industry. - Knowledge of project management methodologies. - Additional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with international clients.
