What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in the technology sector. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to analyze service metrics and implement process improvements. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work onsite in South San Francisco, CA.
