Role Overview: As a Client Services Manager at Solugenix Corp, you will oversee all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving service excellence and fostering long-term relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate client service activities to meet and exceed client expectations. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. - You will lead a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. - You will monitor service delivery metrics and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to align service offerings with client needs. - You will handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. - You will prepare and present regular reports on service performance to senior management. - You will contribute to the development of service strategies and process improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management roles. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making. - Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
