You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving service excellence and fostering long-term relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. - You will oversee service delivery processes and implement improvements. - You will handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly. - You will develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor compliance. - You will analyze client feedback and performance metrics to enhance service quality. - You will lead and mentor client service team members. - You will collaborate with sales and account management to identify growth opportunities. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in client services or account management. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You have proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - You are skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving. - You have experience with CRM software and service management tools. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the IT or technology services industry. - Project management certification (PMP or equivalent). - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. - Multilingual abilities.
