Role Overview: As a Client Services Manager at Solugenix Corp, you will oversee all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead client service teams to deliver high-quality support and solutions. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and expectations. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. - You will monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. - You will handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and professionally. - You will prepare and present regular reports on client service activities and outcomes. - You will contribute to the development of service strategies and process enhancements. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management roles. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions. - Experience with CRM software and client service tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the IT or technology consulting industry. - Project management certification (PMP or equivalent). - Knowledge of service delivery frameworks such as ITIL. - Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse client bases.
