What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of client service professionals to deliver outstanding support and service. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations. - You will oversee the resolution of client issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client requirements. - You will analyze service metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement. - You will implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - You will prepare regular reports on service performance and client engagement. - You will contribute to the development of service policies and best practices.
