Role Overview: As a Client Services Manager at Solugenix Corp, you will oversee all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving service excellence and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead client service teams to deliver high-quality support and solutions. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and expectations. - You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery. - You will monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. - You will handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and professionally. - You will prepare and present regular reports on client service activities and outcomes. - You will contribute to the development of service strategies and process enhancements. - You will mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management roles. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions. - Experience with CRM software and client service tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the IT or technology consulting industry. - Knowledge of project management methodologies. - Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Additional certifications in client management or related areas.
