Executive Administrative Assistant – Financial Advisory Firm Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (DOE) A Philadelphia-based financial advisory firm is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our advisors and client service operations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and process account-opening and transfer paperwork. • Coordinate with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.) for account setup and funding. • Maintain accurate client records, handle time-sensitive mail and checks. • Assemble client meeting packets and reports; support scheduling and in-office meetings. • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to advisors. What We’re Looking For • Administrative or back-office experience in a financial planning or brokerage environment. • Familiarity with major custodians preferred (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.). • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
