Document and standardize HR workflows to support acquisition-driven growth and ensure audit readiness.
3-6+ years in process analysis or HR operations with BPMN 2.0 and facilitation skills.
We are seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to support the stabilization and standardization of HR processes during a period of rapid acquisition-driven growth. This role will focus on documenting, structuring, and aligning HR workflows to enterprise standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and audit readiness across the organization. • Pay rate :$60/hr on w2 to $65/hr on w2 Responsibilities: • Conduct process discovery sessions with HR and operational stakeholders to capture current-state workflows. • Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. • Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Align documentation with established taxonomies, BPMN 2.0 standards, and Lean methodologies where applicable. • Support the development of repeatable process models for acquisition integration efforts. • Partner with stakeholders to validate processes and ensure documentation accuracy. • Maintain organized documentation repositories and version control. • Support governance initiatives by reinforcing process standards and identifying deviations. Required Qualifications: • 3–6+ years of experience in process analysis, business process mapping, or HR operations. • Experience documenting processes using BPMN 2.0 standards. • Strong facilitation skills for process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews. • Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart. • Familiarity with Generative AI tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. • Preferred: Experience in payroll, onboarding, employee data management, compliance, Lean/Six Sigma, M&A integration, or regulated environments.
