We seek a highly motivated and technically qualified individual to join our Sales Team as the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), North Central. The RSM is a hunter that interacts with key wireless Carrier accounts, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Tower Companies/Third Party Owners. The RSM will also interact with building owners, enterprise customers, and integrators (VARs). This position is critical to the company's long-term success as our customers expect increasing levels of technical expertise and product support associated with delivering our solutions. The candidate will show success in a solutions-selling environment, demonstrate an ability to build meaningful business relationships, identify opportunities and develop those opportunities into revenue. Job Type: Full Time Job Location: North Central US (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI) Travel: Up to 50-75% as required Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Vacation/Holiday/Sick Time, 401k Reporting to the Sr. Director, US Regional Sales, this position is a key contributor to SOLiD's continued growth and success. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a technical background, preferably in the technology field, including knowledge of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base, possess a "can-do" attitude, and take the initiative. Responsibilities • Find, develop, and close DAS opportunities within the assigned region • Maintain and grow Mobile Network Operator (MNO) accounts at the market level • Develop and grow Neutral Host (NH) and Third Pary Owner (3PO) channels at the market level • Development and support of System Integrator (SI) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channels at the market level • Build other channel partners as needed to grow the region (consultants, partners, distributors) • Close, daily partnership and weekly planning with the Regional Applications Engineer to effectively manage the territory and maximize customer visibility to SOLiD - Sales through education and engagement • Daily use of CRM and ERP (HubSpot and NetSuite) for opportunity and funnel management for purposes of sales reporting and inventory/materials planning • Willingness and ability to understand and deliver light technical product and company information, with comfort presenting to and interacting with RF engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers • Proficient and comfortable conducting frequent and regular customer updates and meeting face-to-face and virtually via Teams, Zoom, etc. • Act as team lead for RFP response and turnkey proposal development on all projects within the region, including writing narratives & general business responses in proposals, coordinating team calls to include the Solutions Engineer, Design Engineer, and Technical Project Manager, and setting and managing margins on third party equipment and professional services for turnkey project proposals • Coordinate and assist in hosting regional training and certification classes • Responsible for managing travel expenses within a budget to maximize customer touches within the territory Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience of 3+ years with Sales experience in the Technology sector, preferably Hardware related products • Relevant experience working with key MNO accounts • Strong technical skills and knowledge • A clear capacity to understand customer's business environment and technical requirements • Must have a strong closing track record and history of meeting quota • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent verbal and written communications skills SOLiD is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
