A K-12 educational institution in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking two dedicated Special Education Teachers for the current school year. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure inclusive classroom experiences. • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary. • Foster a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and development. • Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and needs.
