Full Description

A full-semester opportunity is available for paraprofessionals in a K-12 school setting. This role supports diverse student needs within multiple classrooms and is well-suited for individuals with prior school experience who are committed to fostering student growth and engagement. Location: Ypsilanti, MI Duration: Full Semester Contract Start Date: ASAP through June 5, 2026 Schedule: Full time, onsite Key Responsibilities: • Assist teachers with instructional support and classroom management • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring additional academic or behavioral support • Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment • Collaborate with educators and staff to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) when applicable Qualifications and Experience: • High school diploma required; ability to provide high school transcript upon hiring • Prior experience working in school settings preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain a supportive presence for students This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student success in a supportive K-12 educational environment.
