Job Summary Solera is seeking a Director of Program Management (PMO) to lead large-scale enterprise client implementations and high-impact strategic initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant enterprise visibility and accountability. You will lead multi-million-dollar implementations and cross-functional transformation programs that directly impact revenue, client satisfaction, and operational scalability. Operating at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success, you will bring structure to complexity, align senior stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution across high-priority initiatives. This role does not include direct people management. You will lead through influence, clarity, credibility, and operational rigor. What You Will Own Enterprise Program Leadership Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting cadence, and success metrics Translate strategic and contractual commitments into executable plans Align diverse stakeholders toward clear delivery outcomes Client Implementation Excellence Own end-to-end delivery of high-visibility client implementations Ensure milestone adherence, quality standards, and risk mitigation Serve as a senior escalation point for structured issue resolution Manage scope, dependencies, and competing priorities proactively Strategic Internal Initiatives Partner with executive leadership to operationalize enterprise priorities Lead transformation efforts with clear accountability models Drive change adoption across teams Monitor initiative performance and course-correct early Governance & Operational Rigor Strengthen PMO methodologies and standards Enhance portfolio prioritization and capacity planning Deliver executive-ready dashboards and risk transparency Promote continuous improvement and disciplined execution What We’re Looking For Required Experience 10+ years of progressive program and/or project management experience Healthcare industry experience, ideally within payers, digital health platforms, or value-based care environments Proven delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise or implementations Demonstrated experience designing or maturing PMO strategy and governance models Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously PMP or comparable certification a plus Leadership Capabilities Executive-level presence and communication Strong influence without authority Structured, systems-oriented thinker High accountability and bias toward action Calm and decisive in complex, fast-moving environments Travel This is a remote position within the United States. Travel (approximately 10%) may be required for client implementations and strategic planning sessions.
