Our innovative technology platform connects the entire vehicle repair ecosystem, driving efficiency and enhancing productivity for businesses around the world. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Identifix, our premier vehicle repair software, to new business clients. Identifix is a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline the repair process, improve accuracy, and increase profitability for automotive repair shops. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Solera’s growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the automotive repair industry through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach. • Client Engagement: Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Identifix. • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and live demos to showcase Identifix’s features and ROI. • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals aligned with company goals. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and provide market feedback. • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates to sales leadership. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative, preferably in the automotive or vehicle repair industry. • Strong understanding of the automotive repair landscape and shop challenges. • Demonstrated success in achieving B2B sales targets. • Experience working with independent or used car dealerships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to grasp and explain complex technical solutions. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
