Job Description: • Provide supportive pre-sales technical expertise to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process. • Offer thoughtful technical input for bid proposals, project work, and documentation, while helping identify opportunities to expand value for existing customers. • Install and demonstrate products and equipment at customer facilities in a clear, customer-friendly way. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to recommend products and services that meet customer needs. • Stay current on company technologies as well as competitor offerings to support informed conversations. • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up Requirements: • Chemical Engineering Bachelor's degree preferred • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record Benefits: • Competitive Health + Wellness benefit plan • Continuous professional development with many opportunities for growth! • Recharge with 3 weeks of PTO, 3 floating holidays, and separate sick time • Competitive Base Salary and Incentive Plan • 401k Plan w/ Company Match
