Looking for an exciting opportunity in the water treatment industry? Join our Industrial team as a Senior Key Account Manager based in New York! What You'll Do Manage an assigned account or group of accounts, creating value for customers through technical service and identifying new product opportunities Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Review treatment programs and processes in territory accounts to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring Coach and mentor indirect reports as needed Conduct site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the operations of territory plants and new customer sites Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities to expand territory Manage account profitability through monitoring pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements What You'll Bring Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially high pressure boilers and cooling towers Possess strong relationship management skills Have documented results using a consultative sales process Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management HS Diploma or GED required.
