As a Solenis Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling into the Pool & Spa Industry. Specific responsibilities include: Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business. Providing value added consultative program advice to our customers Maintain and build business/customer relationships Manage a team of a minimum of 8 direct reports Conduct the necessary management of the Solenis Pool & Spa dealer direct and distribution brands in the Central region of the US (TX, LA, OK, AR, KS, MO AR, IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, ND, SD) Work with new and existing accounts within your region. Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Associate Director Pro Dealer including documenting ROI as well as establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC. Manage profitability of the accounts sold Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements Qualifications Bachelor Degree required. Experience in the pool & spa industry will be considered in lieu of degree. 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the pool & spa industry (preferred) Prior experience identifying, prospecting and creating relationships with new customers Proven record of Leadership and Mentoring new employees Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) Strong work ethic Focus on safety Must be authorized to work in the US; No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
