The key premise for the Enterprise Strategic Marketing role is to drive sustained growth which includes anticipating new and emerging market conditions and build scenarios which anticipate customer needs, scout new business models and drive transformational capability projects within the organization. These ideas are not bound by existing business limits and require looking across different businesses and functions and the greater market to find new growth vectors. Responsibilities Include the Following Incorporate The 5 Year Sustainability Strategic Plan with the Enterprise Strategic Growth Roadmap to deliver on emerging marketing and regulatory needs Lead Capability Building Projects Across Business Unit and Functions to unlock opportunities to cross sell or leverage best practices Lead Growth Projects Across Business Unit and Functions Own and incubate big strategic projects through the startup phase Share cross business best practices to drive growth synergies Report on funnel of strategic projects providing regular updates on impact, and timeline with P&L Leaders, Technology Office Leaders, and Commercial leaders to influence and impact growth targets and objectives Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field. MBA a plus 10+ years of professional work experience in Industrial (Consumer, Industrial, and F&B) & Institutional markets Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong results driven teams where leading through influence is a key focus Expert business and financial acumen with holistic view of business model building Strong organizational development skills and organizational savvy Excellent Project Management Skills and adept at stakeholder management Possess business courage and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and managing risks through data driven insights. Experience in leading global scaled initiatives while working remotely strongly preferred.
