Responsibilities: • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications remotely • Support remote and field employees with timely technical solutions • Monitor system performance and apply security patches and updates • Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required • Ensure technology aligns with Solar Works Energy’s renewable energy operations •
