Solar Consultant – Closer Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Consultant (Closer) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. The right candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for renewable energy. What sets us apart? ✅ Extremely low redlines – keep more on every deal. ✅ Trained setters provided once performance metrics are hit, generating 3–5 qualified appointments per week. ✅ Growth path into leadership for high performers. Responsibilities • Conduct sales presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar. • Close deals from both self-generated and setter-provided leads. • Manage your pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus). • Collaborate with the team to hit sales targets and share best practices. • Provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey. • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to operations. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulations. Qualifications • Proven sales experience (solar preferred, but energy or outside sales considered). • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Door-to-door or direct marketing background is highly desirable. • Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset. • Bilingual skills are a plus.
