Technical - Project/Program/ Product Delivery Manager – Fintech Domain Charlotte, NC, 28202– Hybrid Contract Note: This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local office per week. Position Requirements: • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity • 5+ years of product management experience or engineering/Technical lead • Experience in corporate finance domain • Working knowledge of digital finance platforms/architecture and integrations; familiarity with one or more technologies such as Spring Boot microservices, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, or OneStream (ability to partner effectively with engineers/architects) • Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering • Working understanding of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent • Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders • Previous project management and leadership experience preferred. • A bachelor's degree is preferred; MBA or graduate degree a plus. • Project management certification (PMP) a plus. • Agile certification a plus. Additional Qualifications needed: • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring project team members and technical leads. • Experience in planning and execution of Agile Transformations will be a plus. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leader.
