Role Overview: As a Senior Applications Developer at Softworld Inc, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain applications using .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365. - You will design user interfaces and front-end components with React or Angular. - You will collaborate with the Business Applications and GIS (BAGIS) team to integrate GIS capabilities. - You will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices. - You will mentor junior developers and share best practices. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development with .NET framework. - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and development. - Strong skills in React or Angular for front-end development. - Experience working with GIS technologies is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with database design and SQL Server. - Prior experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
