Job Title: Senior Applications Developer Company Overview: Softworld Inc is a leading technology solutions provider based in Phoenix, AZ, specializing in innovative software development and digital transformation services. Role Overview: As a Senior Applications Developer at Softworld Inc, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain applications using .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365. - You will design and implement user interfaces with React or Angular frameworks. - You will collaborate with the Business Applications and GIS (BAGIS) team to integrate GIS capabilities. - You will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance. - You will participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices. - You will document development processes and maintain technical documentation. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development with .NET technologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and development. - Strong experience with React or Angular frameworks. - Solid understanding of GIS integration and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Prior experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
