Role Overview: As a Lead Fullstack Java Engineer, you will spearhead the design and development of robust software applications, guiding agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving technical excellence and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding and development. - You will design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - You will build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications with React. - You will collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Experience Designers to align technical solutions with business goals. - You will manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS. - You will participate in code reviews and continuous integration processes to maintain code quality. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly. - You will contribute to the agile development process, including sprint planning and retrospectives. What You Bring: - Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack Java development. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React. - Experience with AWS cloud services and deployment. - Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring engineering teams. - Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Background in UX/UI principles and design collaboration.
