Role Overview: As a Customer Implementation Engineer at Softworld Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful integration and deployment of our software solutions for clients. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to build, customize, and optimize software implementations that meet client needs and drive business value. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain integration services using Python and JavaScript to support customer implementations. - You will design and build ETL-style workflows to facilitate data movement and transformation. - You will implement and manage API integrations, including authentication, webhooks, queues, and retry mechanisms. - You will collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth deployment and operation. - You will document integration processes and provide training and support to customers. - You will work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve product features. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in software development with strong skills in Python and JavaScript. - Proficiency in designing and working with APIs and integration patterns such as authentication, webhooks, queues, and idempotency. - Experience with SQL and building ETL workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a customer-facing technical role. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. - Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks. - Experience with agile development methodologies.
