Role Overview: As a Customer Implementation Engineer at Softworld Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful deployment and integration of our software products for clients. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to build, customize, and optimize software solutions that meet client needs and drive business value. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain integration workflows using Python and JavaScript to connect our software with client systems. - You will design and implement APIs and ETL-style services to facilitate data exchange and automation. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software integration and deployment. - You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve integration patterns including authentication, webhooks, queues, retries, and idempotency. - You will provide technical guidance and support to customers during implementation phases. - You will document integration processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing. - You will participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in software development with strong skills in Python and JavaScript. - Proficiency in designing and working with APIs and SQL databases. - Experience building small services and ETL workflows. - Strong understanding of integration patterns such as authentication, webhooks, queues, retries, and idempotency. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Background in customer-facing technical roles or implementation engineering. - Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
