Role Overview: As a Customer Implementation Engineer at Softworld Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our software products for clients. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to build and customize solutions that meet specific business needs, focusing on seamless integration and robust performance. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain software integrations using Python and JavaScript to connect our products with client systems. - You will design and implement ETL workflows and small services to support data processing and automation. - You will manage API integrations, including authentication, webhooks, queues, and ensure reliable retry and idempotency mechanisms. - You will collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored implementation solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. - You will document integration processes and provide training or support materials for clients and internal teams. - You will work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript. - Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns, including authentication and webhook management. - Experience with SQL and building ETL-style data workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka. - Background in customer-facing technical roles or implementation engineering. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
