Support Epic study calendar builds for oncology research workflows, coordinate CTMS data integrity, and provide technical and functional support for Epic Research Clinical and Billing modules.
Must have Epic Research Clinical and Billing certifications, experience with Epic calendar builds in oncology, CTMS knowledge, clinical research expertise, and ability to work PST hours.
Epic Research Analyst – CTMS / Oncology Location: 100% Remote (PST Hours) Contract Duration: 6 months (extension expected; potential for contract-to-hire) We’re seeking an Epic Research Analyst with hands-on experience in Epic Calendar Builds and Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS) to help address a growing backlog of oncology study build requests. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact research environment within an academic medical center. Key Responsibilities Support backlog of Epic study calendar builds for research and oncology workflows. Collaborate with study teams, coverage analysts, and clinical research staff to translate protocol requirements into accurate Epic calendar structures. Coordinate with CTMS teams (Velos or OnCore) to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems. Provide technical and functional support for Epic Research Clinical and Research Billing modules. Ensure compliance with clinical trial workflows and billing requirements in an academic medical center environment. Required Skills & Experience Epic Certification(s): Research Clinical and Research Billing required; Ambulatory or Beacon preferred. CTMS Experience: Velos or OnCore highly desired. Epic Calendar Builds: Demonstrated experience building oncology-specific calendars (please specify number completed). Clinical Research Expertise: Familiarity with academic medical center processes, study teams, and coverage analysis workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, research-driven settings. Must be able to work PST hours. Preferred Qualifications Prior Oncology research or clinical trials experience. Experience supporting Epic Beacon or Ambulatory modules. Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, sponsor requirements, and regulatory documentation.
