Enterprise Sales Executive – AI, Cloud & Digital Transformation Location: Hybrid – Farmington Hills, MI Company: Softura Pay: $200,000–$400,000 OTE per year (Base + Uncapped Commissions) 🚀 This Is a Hunter Role. Not Account Management. Softura is expanding its US sales team and looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive who knows how to open doors, create demand, and close large, net-new transformation deals. If you thrive on building pipeline from scratch, leading executive-level conversations, and landing high-value enterprise business in AI and modernization — this role was built for you. 🌟 Why This Role is Different Softura is a 25+ year technology firm entering a major growth phase focused on: • AI & Intelligent Automation • Application & Cloud Modernization • Data & Digital Transformation We combine deep technical expertise with a 300+ person global delivery engine, giving you the backing to pursue and win 6- and 7-figure enterprise services engagements. You won’t be selling commodity staffing. You’ll be selling strategic transformation initiatives to CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders. 💼 What You’ll Do This is a true net-new logo hunter role. You will: • Prospect and open new enterprise accounts • Build and manage your own pipeline • Lead AI, modernization, and digital transformation conversations at the executive level • Position Softura as a long-term strategic partner • Work closely with technical leaders to shape and close complex services deals • Develop accounts into multi-year, multi-project relationships 💰 Earnings & Growth We are looking for high performers — and the comp plan reflects that. • Competitive base salary • Uncapped commission structure • Strong earning potential for enterprise deal wins • Opportunity to help shape a fast-growing US sales organization Top performers here don’t just hit quota — they build territories, expand accounts, and grow with the company. 🧠 Who You Are You are a builder, not a caretaker.
