Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring clear communication between landowners and our client near Canonsburg, PA. What You'll Do: - You will answer a live hotline, responding promptly and professionally to landowner questions and concerns. - You will provide accurate information regarding land use, agreements, and project updates. - You will document and track all interactions to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex landowner issues. - You will assist in scheduling appointments and site visits as needed. - You will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common landowner concerns. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or landowner relations. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the energy, utilities, or real estate sectors. - Knowledge of land management or property rights. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience handling live call centers or hotlines.
