Role Overview: As a Landowner Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for landowners, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring clear communication between landowners and our client near Canonsburg, PA. What You'll Do: - You will answer a live hotline, responding promptly and professionally to landowner questions and concerns. - You will provide accurate information regarding land use, agreements, and project updates. - You will document and track all interactions to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex landowner issues. - You will assist in scheduling appointments and site visits as needed. - You will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common landowner concerns. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or landowner relations. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the energy, utilities, or real estate sectors. - Knowledge of land management or property rights. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience handling live call centers or hotlines.
