Role Overview: As a Landowner Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for landowners, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring clear communication between the company and landowners. What You'll Do: - You will answer a live hotline to respond promptly to landowner questions and concerns. - You will provide accurate information and guidance to landowners regarding company operations and policies. - You will document and track all interactions to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed. - You will assist in coordinating site visits and meetings with landowners. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and company procedures. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance landowner relations processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in land management or related fields. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the energy, utilities, or real estate sectors. - Knowledge of landowner rights and property laws. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a call center or hotline environment.
