This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Poland, Serbia, Georgia (USA) Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a PSP Analyst to join our PSP team. We are seeking a motivated specialist who will be involved in the technical analysis and reporting of payment transaction processing and system performance. You will work on gaining valuable insights from payment data, supporting the team's strategic decisions. Purpose of the role: As part of the PSP analytics team, you will be involved in the technical analysis and reporting of payment transaction processing and system performance. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze payment methods' performance • Analyze payment transaction rates across different regions • Evaluate regional performance and coverage • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of payment methods Required Experience: • Russian - B2/Native • English - B1/B2 • Exceptional communication, negotiation and analytical skills • At least one year of experience as an analyst • Thorough understanding of the IT industry and its major processes • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professionally, staying abreast of the latest best practices Nice to have: • Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs) • Background in analysis, familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming sector • Basic knowledge of Devcode (or other gateways) and platform functionality understanding Our Benefits: • Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours • Private insurance • An additional 1 Day Off per calendar year • Sports program compensation • Comprehensive Mental Health Programme • Free online English lessons with a native speaker • Generous referral program • Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
