Overview: SOFTSWISS is expanding and looking for an HR Business Partner to support the Managed Services (B2C) department. We are seeking an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with managers and teams, support employee development, and foster a productive and positive team environment. This role requires close engagement with team dynamics, understanding of operational specifics, and active support of managers in people-related processes. Key responsibilities: Team Partnership & Manager Support • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for teams within Managed Services (B2C), maintaining regular communication and a deep understanding of their workflows. • Support managers in developing and leading their teams: performance expectations, feedback, motivation, team culture, and conflict resolution. • Provide guidance on hiring, onboarding, team communication, engagement, and retention. • Strengthen collaboration between teams and other departments by helping improve cross-functional interactions Onboarding, Adaptation & Employee Development • Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for newly hired or promoted employees, ensuring smooth integration. • Facilitate the personal development planning process: conduct regular check-ins, track progress, and support managers in employee growth discussions. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the teams. HR Processes & Talent Development • Support key HR cycles such as Performance Management, employee engagement, feedback processes, internal mobility, and career development. • Participate in succession planning and skill development initiatives. • Ensure clear communication and alignment between HR, managers, and teams in Managed Services. Employee Relations • Conduct regular 1:1s with employees to monitor well-being, engagement, and team climate. • Address employee relations matters promptly and professionally. • Organize and manage exit interviews, ensuring smooth offboarding and insights capture. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably in fast-paced service or IT environments. • Strong ability to work collaboratively within teams and support cross-team communication. • Proven experience supporting managers in team development and people-related decision-making. • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken). Nice to have: • Experience working in large international companies. • Experience in IT or service/product environments (B2C/B2B).
