Remote position for a Change Management Communications Specialist for a long term contract assignment. Call Outs: General Microsoft office experience, a plus if they have major ERP (SAP, etc.) Experience /knowledge in IT Transformations. Potential travel to one of the three offices on rare occasions Position is Remote The Change Management Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving stakeholder awareness, alignment, and adoption across the ERP transformation program. This role is responsible for planning and executing external communications, supporting internal engagement efforts, and consistent messaging across channels and audiences. Responsibilities: External Communication Execution: identify, plan, and deliver timely communication to external stakeholders (e.g., suclientiers) in coordination with relationship owners. Stakeholder Engagement Support: Collaborate with change leads and business teams to support the Change Champion Network and other engagement activities such as roundtables, marketplace fairs, and pulse checks. Content Development: create and refine materials aligned with the communications and engagement plan, including messages, talking points, GAQ's and visual assets. Feeback Integration: Capture and incorporate stakeholder feedback into communications to improve clarity, relevance, and impact. Channel Strategy & Governance: Align with enterprise-wide messaging standards and branding guidelines; manage delivery across platforms like SharePoint, email, and live sessions. Collaboration & Syncs: Participate in regular syncs and meetings with the Communications, Change, and COE teams to align timing, content and delivery strategy. Functional Skills: Strategic communications planning Stakeholder engagements and change enablement Project coordination and timeline management Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint Basic understanding of design principles and brand alignment Ability to track and report communication effectiveness Comfortable using collaboration tools (MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Asana/ADO) Behavioral Skills: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Empathy and active listening Detail oriented and organizational discipline Adaptability in fast-paced environments Ability influences and build credibility with stakeholders Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance Work Location: Remote
