Role Overview Sodexo North America is undertaking a bold, enterprise-wide transformation of its operating model—a strategic initiative designed to simplify food and supply processes, optimize economies of scale, and deliver superior outcomes for clients and operators. This transformation impacts every aspect of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, FM, IS&T, and Supply. As a Senior Manager, Service & Program Activation you will play a critical role in ensuring that Sodexo’s strategic vision comes to life across the organization. You will support governance, alignment, and integration between Supply Management, Marketing, and Culinary teams—ensuring that brand initiatives, recipes, and menus are fully synchronized with Sodexo’s contracted product portfolio and managed order guides. This is a remote position, preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Management, Marketing, Culinary Services, and Segments to ensure seamless alignment between business strategies and the contracted product portfolio. Act as a Strategic Business Partner: Establish and reinforce clear processes that promote compliance, operational efficiency, and consistency across all menu and recipe initiatives. Manage Integration Processes: Ensure contracted products are embedded in all brand, recipe, and menu development efforts—considering purchasing targets, vendor and product compliance, distribution feasibility, and alignment with Sodexo’s strategic and sustainability goals. Communicate Product Decisions: Provide clarity and transparency around product selection, supply changes, and the incremental value achieved through strategic sourcing. Enhance Visibility & Engagement: Maintain proactive Supply Management visibility into brand, recipe, and menu development initiatives to enable informed and timely decision-making. Provide Guidance: Advise Marketing and Culinary teams on optimal product selections that balance client needs, vendor agreements, compliance goals, and organizational strategy.
