At least 2 years of HR management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, knowledge of HR laws, strong organizational and communication skills, and an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager 3 to provide generalist support for their healthcare team, focusing on employee engagement, training, and HR policy implementation across multiple accounts in SC and GA. Responsibilities • Implement and manage Sodexo’s HR policies and procedures in alignment with hospital standards and contractual obligations. • Educate managers and employees on policies and procedures and assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures. • Handle human resource functions. May include payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc. • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning as well as support employee development initiatives and career progression opportunities. • Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on workforce metrics. • Facilitate communication between hospital leadership and staff on HR matters. • Understanding of all contract rules/policies and management of arbitration. Involvement of contract negotiations.
