Role Overview Grow your career and lead a team that shares your passion for making a difference! Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for a healthcare segment in Michigan. This position will be the lead point of contact for retail food service over multiple locations. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being What You'll Do • Help further develop our Retail framework business within healthcare • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in regard to functional tools and systems, including point-of-service, food management systems and marketing platforms • Provide operational support such as training and development • Track compliance to key metrics • Utilize their expertise and skills to enhance our operational strategy • Experience with diverse retail concepts including café, coffee, micro markets, consumer technology including self-service and remote ordering, and gift shops/company stores • Create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily • Mentor and develop frontline staff • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
