The Food Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily food service operations for both Patient Dining and Retail Services, ensuring a seamless experience that supports patient health, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.This is a great opportunity for a food service leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering quality service to both patients and guests. What You'll Do • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid), staff; • provide stellar customer service; • oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance; • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed; • conduct patient services standard audits; • manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily patient services and retail food service operations; • manage vendor relationships and compliance; and/or • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place.
