Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee daily operations within the retail dining spaces at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, optimizing workflows, and driving financial performance across multiple outlets. The Operations Manager will work closely with culinary, patient services, and supply chain teams to provide a high-quality dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do • Oversee daily operations across multiple retail dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service and efficient workflows. • Collaborate with culinary, patient services, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality dining experience. • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies. • Lead and develop frontline staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
