Full Description

Retail Associates assist our clients with engagement, local preferences, customer service and business/marketing management. Our team is responsible for the in-person connections between our client and their Atlanta customers, providing them with additional sales opportunities and increased exposure. You will be working with our food and beverage client in Atlanta and the surrounding regions. Professionalism and communication are essential within the Retail Associate position, which is why we emphasize training, meetings, and consistent collaboration with client representatives. As a Retail Associate, you will be the most influential part of the Social Status team through gaining market knowledge during face-to-face sales interactions, developing customer service and local relationships, and collaborating between departments to ensure a complete view of client engagement. Retail Associate Position Details: • Meeting to establish individual and team goals and entry-level Retail Associate responsibilities • Close sales during in-person communications by providing additional information on client promotions and benefits based on consumer preferences • Creating and implementing promotions, sales, customer service and awareness strategy • Improve Retail Associate practices by gathering consumer feedback and preferences through face-to-face conversations within local retail locations • Communicating with local businesses on brand perception and engagement • Curating on-brand, specified content and conversations • Determining solutions for the target audience Qualifications of our Retail Associate Role: • Previous experience in customer service, communications, sales, retail, or management • Completed a minimum education level of GED/High School Diploma • Critical and creative thinking skills • Collaboration skills, including between Client Management, Retail Associate, and Customer Representative teams • Excellent time-management and reliability with day-to-day operations and Retail Associate responsibilities Opportunities for advancement and development are available with the clients and company through cross-functional roles and learning the perception, customer service, strategic development, and creative management of the brand and the Retail Associate position.
