We’re seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help accelerate our growth. This hands-on role is perfect for a marketer who loves creating integrated campaigns that turn awareness into qualified leads. You’ll manage key digital channels—including paid media, email, and SEO—while collaborating with Sales and Product to align demand generation with revenue goals. What You’ll Do: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including email, search, and social that drive lead generation and nurture prospects. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads and move prospects through the sales funnel. Monitor lead flow, and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team. Marketing Funnel Optimization: Develop strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, from awareness and consideration to lead capture and handoff to sales. Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth). ABM & Segmentation: Execute Account-Based Marketing strategies and segmentation to engage key accounts, personalize outreach, and align with sales goals. Collaboration with Sales: Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, lead scoring criteria, and lead handoff processes. Collaborate on marketing-qualified lead feedback and campaign optimizations. CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo to build and nurture automated marketing campaigns, track lead engagement, and deliver actionable insights to the sales team. Marketing Funnel Optimization: Monitor conversion rates across the funnel, from awareness to MQL/SQL, and implement strategies to improve performance. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including ROI, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution; make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns. Content Development: Create high-impact content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs, landing pages) to support pipeline growth, and manage CMS tools such as WordPress to optimize website content that aligns with campaign goals. Event Marketing: Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate demand and enhance brand visibility. Who You Are: A collaborative and revenue-focused professional who works closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive cohesive, integrated marketing efforts. A strong operator and project manager, capable of orchestrating complex, multi-touch campaigns with precision and agility. Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth creatively. What You’ll Need: 5+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS. Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs. Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills. Passion for civic engagement, community-building, and making a measurable impact through marketing.
