We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our mobile team. Your main tasks will be: Understand app features, workflows, business rules, and backend/API dependencies Define and maintain test strategy, test cases, and checklists for all features and workflows Perform manual functional, integration, UI/UX, exploratory, and regression testing Validate end-to-end workflows across mobile, backend, APIs, and third-party integrations Test on multiple devices, platforms, and OS versions (real devices + simulators/emulators) Execute smoke/sanity tests for new builds and pre-release validation Validate store release builds (Play Store / App Store) including metadata, links, and deeplinks Support UAT with product team and report defects with detailed logs and reproducible steps Set up and maintain automation frameworks (UI + API) for regression and smoke tests Automate core workflows (login, signup, payments, search, checkout, notifications, etc.) Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines for nightly and pre-release runs Create test data setup/teardown scripts for stable automation runs Generate and share test reports with coverage, pass/fail results, and screenshots Continuously improve automation scripts for speed, reliability, and maintainability Track and report QA metrics (test coverage, defect density, automation health) We expect from you: Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS & Android, real devices + emulators/simulators + devices on cloud) Experience in writing and executing test cases, scenarios, and checklists Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST/GraphQL tools, automation frameworks) Experience in test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Appium, Flutter Driver, Detox, Selenium, Maestro) Experience with CI/CD pipelines is plus (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Understanding of regression, smoke, exploratory, and performance testing Ability to set up and maintain test environments and test data Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) Skill in analyzing logs, crash reports, and debugging issues Basic scripting/programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, Dart, or similar for automation) What do we offer: 20 Vacation Days per year (after 3-month integration period is complete) / 7 Wellness Days per year (available right away); $1000 USD reimbursement for Workplace Equipment (after 3-month integration period is complete, paid only once); Health Benefits - 50% of medical bills up to $1000 per year (after the 3-month integration period is complete).
