You’ll shadow our current Director in real time to understand, co-create, and help operate The Consistent $10K, our flagship 90-day experience designed to help entrepreneurs consistently earn $10K months with their digital offers. For your compensation and benefits you can expect the following: • You will be at $85,000 to $110,000 with ability to make bonuses based on sales and client experience results • Our programs are scalable with no limit on participants • Opportunity for additional increase to your base will be on an annual basis. What you’ll be doing: • Participating in revenue production in addition to management and leadership responsibilities, which is why a passion for sales and marketing is essential to success in this role. • Hiring, onboarding, and managing both a 6-8 person sales team and a 8-10 person coaching team, including daily performance coaching and oversight. • Creating SOPs, training materials, and scalable systems for both sales and coaching teams to thrive with clarity and confidence. • Refining the program curriculum as needed, including possibly coaching students directly in the short term. • Collaborating with marketing on lead magnets, VSL updates, email campaigns, webinars, and social content that support program growth. • Acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution - you’ll be taking vision from the top and executing flawlessly on the ground. Skills you’ll need: • Understanding of online marketing, social media and service based high ticket selling (or has a strong passion and commitment to learn). • You are lightning fast, highly responsive in Slack, and can context switch between 3-5 high-stakes priorities without dropping balls or missing deadlines. • You’re data-driven, detail-obsessed, and can sniff out operational inefficiencies from a mile away. • You easily give and receive direct feedback. • You have excellent communication skills: your spelling, grammar, and clarity are impeccable. • You know how to manage and coach teams and love seeing others thrive. • You're a natural go-getter and are always seeking ways to improve systems, elevate the experience, and create positive impact. • You’re unwavering when it comes to timelines (you treat deadlines as non-negotiable and always deliver on time). • You’re adaptable and steady under pressure (in fact, fast-paced doesn’t rattle you, it motivates you). • You’re highly proficient in Asana, Slack, Notion, G-mail, etc. We’d love you to have: • 2-3+ years of experience in digital education, program operations, high-ticket coaching programs, or entrepreneurial leadership. • A proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams (bonus points if that includes sales and coaching teams). • Deep familiarity with online marketing funnels, digital offers, and live launches. • A founder’s mindset with an operator’s execution: you think like an owner, act like a builder, and move like a boss.
