Social Bevy is a social concierge “super-app” built to connect people to events and activities tailored to their social preferences. We’re starting in Houston with 25K+ members in our Houston Eat & Meet community and scaling nationwide. Phase 1 of Social Bevy is focused on critical mass growth — building a vibrant ecosystem of users, vendors, and experiences. We’re pre-seed, backed by community traction, and now building the founding team to help us scale and secure funding. What We’re Looking For We need an operations lead to keep the team organized, track KPIs, and coordinate execution of Phase 1. Responsibilities Manage project timelines, tasks, and workflows in Notion/ClickUp. Oversee vendor onboarding flow and QA app processes. Build dashboards and track KPIs (users, vendors, redemptions). Support the CEO with investor readiness tasks. Experience / Skills 2–4 years in project management, operations, or startup ops. Strong with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver. Compensation Milestone-based equity up to 1% fully diluted.
