ABOUT US Soccer Post is the country’s largest chain of local community focused soccer specialty stores. We are looking for new team members to be part of our national expansion. OVERVIEW The Fulfillment Specialist role is the first step in ensuring that we provide great service to our customers. The Specialist will support outgoing product shipments by pulling, boxing and documenting orders. The Specialist will work as part of a team to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the values of the organization. • Accurately pick and pack orders utilizing a tablet and scanner. • Ensure items picked for orders are not missing or damaged. • Stock products in the warehouse. • Identify incorrect descriptions and stock numbers. • Perform and assist with general maintenance, organization and cleanup of warehouse. • Adhere to company safety procedures • Perform additional related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • Attention to detail and organization skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Prior experience fulfilling orders strongly preferred. • Ability to utilize a tablet, scanner and warehouse software. • Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse policies and procedures and systems preferred. REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of walking, lifting, reaching, standing and carrying. • Must be able to move, lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds at a time. • Must be able to read and write effectively in English Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
