Job Type Full-time Description Pay: $19.50 per hour Schedule: Full-time, including evenings and weekends Key Responsibilities in this Role Include: • Lead a team of 11–15 employees to deliver a fast, friendly, clean experience • Motivate and coach team members to meet performance and service goals • Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations during your shift • Drive membership sales and customer satisfaction • Identify and report facility issues, and help coordinate timely repairs • Monitor car counts, chemical usage, and utility efficiency • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards • Report updates to your Site Manager and District Manager A Typical Day Might Include • Completing a site walk to ensure safety and cleanliness • Coaching team members on service and operations • Supporting customers at the pay station or on site • Ensuring cars move efficiently through the wash • Training a new employee or reinforcing company policies • Reporting employee concerns or maintenance issues Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior leadership experience in a retail, service, or car wash environment preferred • Positive attitude and ability to lead by example • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Why Soapy Joe’s • Leadership development and training • Clear paths for advancement • Supportive, high-energy team environment • Be part of a growing and respected brand Apply Today We’re looking for hands-on leaders ready to grow with us.
