Community Manager (Volunteer) We’re looking for a Community Manager (Volunteer) to help shape the heart of SoapBox Super App—a platform designed to strengthen churches, ministries, and faith communities through meaningful digital engagement. This role is about building relationships, fostering belonging, and helping our early communities thrive. A Community Manager doesn’t just answer messages—they create connection, guide onboarding, and help people feel seen, supported, and confident using the platform. What You’ll Do (Volunteer Role): 🔹 Welcome and onboard new churches, ministries, and groups 🔹 Facilitate discussions and encourage healthy community engagement 🔹 Collect and share user feedback to improve the product 🔹 Support pastors, leaders, and members as they adopt SoapBox features 🔹 Build trust, cultivate advocates, and strengthen long-term retention 🔹 Help develop a warm, helpful, faith-centered community culture About SoapBox & Why Join Us Now SoapBox Super App is building a new digital home for the Church—an all-in-one platform for communication, spiritual growth, events, volunteers, donations, AI-powered support, and more.
