This is an operating company that needs strong, autonomous operators and builders to take ownership of major lanes so the founder can stay focused on vision, product, and momentum. About Snowgroup 🌐 snowgroup.ca Snowgroup is building the full-stack digital backbone for winter sports travel, connecting 150M+ skiers and snowboarders to transportation, lodging, rentals, lessons, and local experiences. Our ecosystem includes: • Snowbus — transportation & acquisition wedge • Reservewinter — multi-mountain booking engine • Snowclub — group travel, resale, social commerce, loyalty We’re activating dozens of mountains and hundreds of vendors while scaling a global marketplace in real time. Priority Roles We’re Filling Now 1. COO / Operator (Founder-Level) — TOP PRIORITY You run execution so the founder doesn’t have to be the CEO-operator. You will: • Own day-to-day execution across ops, product, marketing, and partnerships • Translate vision into weekly outcomes • Run internal cadence, accountability, and delivery pressure • Identify bottlenecks and fix them without escalation • Operate comfortably in ambiguity, speed, and incomplete information This is a real ownership role — not a title experiment. 2. Marketing Engine & Outreach Lead (Crowdfunding + Capital + Customers) Another top priority. You build and operate the growth engine: • Crowdfunding activation and momentum • Private placement and investor outreach support • Customer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns • Email, CRM, sequencing, segmentation, follow-ups • Turning attention into commitments, conversions, and revenue This role is about velocity and follow-through, not brand fluff. 3. Engineering Lead (Hands-On + Guide) We’re hiring engineering leadership that can build and guide. You will: • Own day-to-day engineering execution and delivery • Translate product needs into clear technical direction • Guide contributors and maintain velocity • Improve reliability, structure, and shipping discipline • Help scale the platform responsibly Hands-on leadership preferred. 4. Backend Engineers You will: • Build and maintain core platform services • Work on APIs, data models, integrations, and performance • Support marketplace, booking, and personalization flows • Ship clean, scalable solutions under real-world constraints 5. Frontend Engineers You will: • Build fast, clean, mobile-first user experiences • Work closely with product and design in Figma • Improve conversion, usability, and reliability • Own features end-to-end from spec to production Additional Execution Lanes (Secondary Priority) • UI / Product Designer (real product UX, not concepts) • Brand / Illustration Designer (campaigns, crowdfunding visuals) • Technical Writer / Product Scoping • General Operations & Founder Leverage • Light Fundraising / IR Operations Support (tracking, follow-ups, materials) If you can own one of these lanes, say so.
