You’ll build structure, visibility, and accountability across projects — from product and marketing to vendor onboarding and investor outreach. This is a hybrid systems + coordination role. You’ll own ClickUp setup and automation while keeping the team on track and connected to priorities. Responsibilities • Audit, clean up, and standardize our ClickUp workspace • Build scalable structures for product, marketing, vendor, and fundraising workflows • Implement automations, templates, and dashboards for visibility and reporting • Translate weekly leadership updates into actionable project plans • Coordinate timelines and follow-ups across departments • Train team members on best practices and enforce accountability • Support onboarding of new hires with organized task flows • Identify bottlenecks, propose fixes, and keep execution unblocked What We’re Looking For • Proven expertise in ClickUp (or equivalent PM tools) • Experience managing distributed startup teams or cross-functional projects • Comfortable translating big-picture strategy into organized workflows • Detail-driven, proactive, and excellent communicator • Bonus: background in SaaS, travel-tech, or marketplace operations Pilot Details • Duration: 6–8 weeks (extendable) • Hours: ~15–25 hrs/week (flexible) • Compensation: Deferred — paid post-raise (potential equity/success bonus) • Start: Immediate This is a pilot role with potential to continue or formalize post-raise. 👉 To apply: send to jobs@snowgroup.ca: • A short intro on your ClickUp and PM experience (screenshots/examples welcome) • A note on how you’d approach organizing a fast-moving startup team • Your current availability and preferred hours
