Job Description: • Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing, diverse team • Groom and mentor Partner Solution Engineers • Drive technical wins and enable CoEs to drive use cases • Directly influence TACV and Consumption growth • Partner with Alliances and Sales Leadership • Provide guidance to revenue leaders on sales strategy • Innovate and implement strategies to uplevel the team's skills • Serve as a player/coach in presentations and architectural discussions Requirements: • 15+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity • 4+ years of people management experience • Proven track record of driving TACV and Consumption targets • Strategic experience building Partner Practices • Technical expertise in Data Warehousing, GenAI, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and/or SaaS Solutions • Knowledge of SQL-based database ecosystems • Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences • University degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience) • Willingness to travel within North America Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Professional development opportunities • Flexible working hours • Paid time off
